Our beef is a growth hormone, antibiotic free and 100% grass finished meat,
unlike the grain finished beef found in grocery stores. We age our beef a
minimum of 21 days to improve tenderness. The resulting product has a more
robust flavor, is higher in Omega 3 fatty acids, and has less total fat than
commercial beef.

Like our beef, our lamb is 100% grass finished. We offer many products not
normally found in the grocery store like ground lamb, stew meat and liver. We
provide our leg of lamb boned and rolled for your convenience in preparation and
dining.

Our farm operates seasonally, therefore not all products are available year

the product in the price list.
