We raise a Cornish/Rock breed of chicken outside on the pasture where they enjoy fresh air, sunlight, green grass for grazing and lounging and a locally milled feed that is designed to our specifications. The feed is supplemented with an organic certified supplement that contains probiotics for improved health and vitality. |

| Grass Finished Beef Available June-December Our beef is a growth hormone, antibiotic free and 100% grass finished meat, unlike the grain finished beef found in grocery stores. We age our beef a minimum of 21 days to improve tenderness. The resulting product has a more robust flavor, is higher in Omega 3 fatty acids, and has less total fat than commercial beef. | Pasture Raised Pork Halves & wholes available May-October We raise “happy” hogs that free range on the pasture where they graze like our cattle and sheep or wallow in the mud to stay cool.
